As part of our personalized service, Lorraine commits to only conducting one sale at a time. Your sale is her only priority, and she is present at the sale. Lorraine and the MPT staff also perform the following services:
- organize, display, stage and price all the articles for sale
- research, evaluate and determine the fair market value for each item
- provide tables and table clothes for display
- provide locking showcases to displaying valuable jewelry, silver and smaller valuable items
- photograph, promote and advertise your sale
- obtain the necessary permits from the town and notify the local police department about the sale
- provide complimentary bags, boxes and wrapping paper to carry all purchased items home safely
- promote the sale via our extensive network of clients, buyers, dealers and Internet advertising
- work with the owner to resolve unsold items from the sale which may include connecting with a number of local NJ charities and organizations to take the items and provide a tax receipt
